At Probe, our staff of licensed investigators and insurance adjusters are experienced in all aspects of liability investigations for plaintiffs as well as defense attorneys. We have the ability to conduct thorough, detailed investigations.

We are able to conduct in-depth motor vehicle accident investigations that include accident scene investigations with photos and measurements, the taking of statements/depositions from plaintiffs, defendants and witnesses, along with compiling all necessary records to complete an investigation.

We also excel in construction accident investigations. Our staff is well versed in all of the various sections of the New York State labor law including the most recent changes. Efforts are made to determine direction and control of construction sites as well as other negligence and liability issues.
Our office also has the technology to locate witnesses and subjects across the nation, as well as gathering information regarding their background and criminal history. Process service is also available throughout Upstate New York.
